お客様と共に歩む！
当社は日印間のビジネス進展のため「お客様と共に歩む」ことをモットーとするコンサルタント会社であり、初めてご相談をいただいた時からインド企業あるいはインド政府機関等の公的機関との商談、契約、及びその後の事業支援までワンストップでサービスを提供できるのが強みです。
以下は、実際に支援した（している）業務の一例です。

インドにおける事業化調査支援
インド政府機関、インド企業、日系企業等への訪問は、お客様と一緒に行います。マーケット調査も同様です。ただし、お客様の要望で事業化調査の実施を全て任されたこともありました。これについては全て当社のみで実施しました。 -
JICA案件化調査への参加
お客様の申請書類作成を支援し、採択後にはお客様と一緒に事業参加して現地における事業調整を行うとともに報告書等の作成をお手伝いしました。 -
JICAODA事業への参加
ヒマチャルプラデシュ州農産物多様化促進事業にお客様とともにサブコンサルタントとして参加しました。州政府に対するプロポーザルの提出、プレゼンの実施、メインコンサルタントとの契約、契約後の現地作業をお客様と一緒に進めて参りました。 -
インド州政府等公的機関に対する事業提案支援
お客様に代わってインド州政府にプロポーザル（企画書）を提出し、プレゼンを行い、契約交渉を行いました。契約後はお客様と一体となって事業を進めて参ります。（現在、メガラヤ州政府との契約に基づく事業を実施中） -
インド側パートナー企業の発掘・紹介・プレゼン代行
お客様のご要望に基づき、インドの信頼できるパートナー候補企業を発掘して紹介します。お客様から要請された場合は、お客様に代わってパートナー候補企業に対するプレゼンを行い、契約交渉を行います。
上記の他、以下のサポートも行っています。
- 法人登記実務、インド政府に対する財務報告支援
- インドにおけるセキュリティ支援
- インドビジネスに関する実体験に基づく講演活動

Our company's sales point is that we can provide one-stop services from the first consultation to the execution of task/project
through the activities as submission of proposal to Indian companies or public institutions like Indian government agencies, negotiation with them.
Here are some examples of the business support we have provided and are providing today:

Feasibility study support in India
We will visit Indian government agencies, Indian companies, Japanese companies, etc. together with our clients. However, we conducted feasibility survey by ourselves based on a client’s request in the past. - Participation in JICA’s business survey scheme
We assisted one of our clients in submitting the application documents. After the approval of the application by JICA, we assisted the client to implement the survey. - Participation in JICA’s ODA projects
We participated in the Himachal Pradesh Crop Diversification Promotion Project as a sub-consultant with our client. We have submitted proposals to the state government, gave a presentation, signed working agreement with main consultant company, and worked with our client on-site. - Support for project proposals to public institutions such as Indian state governments
We submitted a proposal to the Indian state government on behalf of our client, gave a presentation, and negotiated a contract. After signing the contract, we started site work with our client. (Currently undertaking a project based on a contract with the Meghalaya State Government) - Discovering, introducing, and acting as a presentation agent for partner companies on the Indian side
Based on our client’s request, we discover and introduce potential partner companies in India as well as in Japan. When requested by the clients, we will make presentations to potential partner companies and negotiate contracts on behalf of the client.
In addition to the above, we also provide the following support.
- Corporate registration in India, financial reporting support to the Government of India
- Security assistance in India
- Lecture activities based on actual experience in Indian business

2022年よりコロナでストップしていた事業が全て再開！
2022年３月、２年３ヶ月振りに訪印を再開できました。コロナ騒動によりストップしていた現場作業を再開できたことは大きな収穫でした。
今年は昨年の成果を拡張して、事業の遅れを少しでも回復できるよう努力して参ります。
昨年夏頃から沢山の企業様が弊社を訪れてくださり、誠に有り難いことに新たな事業が目白押しとなっています。今年は、これらの事業も一つ一つ丁寧に進め、日印双方に有益な成果をもたらすことができるよう最善を尽くして参ります。
